EASY-FARM is not public domain, shareware or free software.
Each user of this software must have a licensed registered
copy. This license does not entitle you to distribute this
software program. If you do not have a registered copy –
you should discontinue using it. (Willful violation of
copyright laws is a criminal act and a federal offense with
penalties of up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.)
A registered licensed copy of this program entitles you to
use this program on a regular basis. Registration includes
a licensed copy, latest version, support, and notification
of updates.
This software and associated documentation are provided ‘as is’
without warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The
entire risk as to the quality and performance of the files
rests with you.
Vertical Solutions does not warrant that this
software will meet your requirements or be free of
errors. Vertical Solutions does warrant that the
media on which it was delivered will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of
ninety (90) days from the date you received it.
Vertical Solutions’ entire liability and your sole and
exclusive remedy shall be to receive replacement media.
Any problems, suggestions, improvements, additions or
corrections to this program are welcomed and will be
considered in future updates.
In no event will Vertical Solutions be liable to you
for any damages caused by this program or programs that fail
to perform properly, or for any loss of data, or for any
lost profits or savings or any other consequential, special,
incidental or direct damages of any kind arising out of the
use of EASY-FARM, even if Vertical Solutions has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
